Elavon customers are automatically registered for Elavon Connect as part of your onboarding process. You can login to Elavon Connect using the email address used when opening your Elavon account. If you haven’t set a password yet, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and follow the instructions we send to your inbox.
Issues accessing your account?
If you’ve requested to reset your password but are not receiving the emails, check your email ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder in case the email has been routed there. If you have not received a password reset email within 24 hours, contact our support team at ElavonConnectQueries@elavon.com.
If you became an Elavon customer before March 2024 but still don’t have an Elavon Connect account, contact us for help at 0345 850 0195.
Please note that if you’re an Enterprise customer or a partner, your Relationship Manager will set up your Elavon Connect account for you. Please check in with them if you have not yet received access.
