“The vast majority of our purchases are online, but we have in-person purchases as well. We took the decision to become more of a cashless campus. DCC, Dynamic Currency Conversion, is enabled across all merchants around the university: this is important for our customers, so they can pay in their home currency.
“Before working with Elavon, we had multiple acquirers, which meant multiple systems. That was just a pure headache. Now we've got one system we can log into and the reporting is great. We have lots of standard reports, but we can bespoke reports as well.”
